Where do you fit in?
The Vac Truck Operator is responsible fthe successful completion of projects for stormwater management assets including catch basins, manhoes, vaults, and oil separators. You will assist in ultimately enabling our clients to remain in compliance with laws and regulations all while protecting the environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate trucks and equipment, pre-trip preparations and post trip clean up
  • Utilize equipment and tools to perform maintenance and repairs to stormwater management systems
  • Clean catch basins, manholes, hydro-excavate, and other duties as assigned and required
  • Properly prepare equipment and worksite on a daily basis
  • Overnight travel 2-4 days per week
Position Requirements
  • Class B Driver's License - air brakes and tanker endorsement required
  • Previous hydrovac, trucking, vacuum truck or other related industrial experience
  • Background screening, driving record review, and drug test are all part of the pre-employment process. The ability to acquire a DOT Health Card; and insurable status under the comany's auto policy are an ongoing requirements of this position
  • Experience using various tools and equipment used in oil, gas and energy sector including pipe and hand wrenches, hammers, shovels, and gas monitors
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and various terrain
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop, squat, carry objects, push and pull
  • Proficient with mobile technology (ie. iPads, email, etc.)
  • Overnight travel 2-4 days per week
