THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU ENJOY:

Operating equipment to exacting standards
Problem solving while working with others
Structure and accountability
Communicating with clients in a clear and professional manner

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

Performing excavation for both Highline projects and external sources
Operating dump truck and mobilizing equipment
Operating a variety of heavy equipment
Working on public, commercial, and residential job sites
Contributing to a professional, experienced, positive team

BENEFITS
Annual total compensation for this position is estimated at $100k-$120k and includes: standard wages, prevailing wages, and seasonal overtime wages; paid time off; employer 401k match; and employer portion of insurance benefit premiums.

$30-$38/hour. Prevailing wage as applicable
Hours vary by season. Overtime typical in summer. Part-time hours in off-season.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of excavation experience
Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
Smart phone
Ability to work in all weather conditions and pick up more than 50 pounds on a regular basis
Class A CDL required
Carpentry experience a plus, but not required
