Construction Project Manager

Location: Cape Coral Hospital -636 Del Prado BlvdCape Coral FL 33990 Department: Facility Planning and Construction Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/7:00:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $42.09 - $56.83 / hour Summary Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and owner's consultants that will plan and construct any and all assigned projects. Coordinates the technical activities of projects, including document review, submittals, quality control, installations per specifications of drawings, field coordination issues, as-built drawings, system testing, AHCA inspections and problem resolution. Requirements Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 3 Years Construction Management Required and 3 Years Healthcare Required Additional Requirements Technical and construction healthcare/hospital experience required. This experience should include construction project management, estimating, budgeting, supervisory experience, and project scheduling.
