Life Enrichment Assistant & Driver (Part-Time) Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg - Fredericksburg, VA 15-20 hours/week | No CDL Required Make a Difference Every Day Charter Senior Living of Fredericksburg is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant & Driver to help create meaningful experiences for our residentsboth in our community and out on the road. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, leading activities, and driving with purpose. Key Responsibilities Transport residents to appointments and outings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and as needed Assist with daily activities and life enrichment programs Lead or support group activities between driving responsibilities Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents Step in to run activities when the Director or team is unavailable What We're Looking For Experience in senior living, activities, or caregiving preferred Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality Ability to work independently and engage residents Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( no CDL required ) Why Charter?
