In this role, youll be one of the first and last impressions our customers haveplaying an important part in creing a positive, stress-free rental experience.

Wh Youll Do:

You will transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility. This includes greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicing route informion and stop details, and sharing next steps in the rental process.

Youll use strong customer service skills to cree a friendly, professional environment while following all safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements to ensure a comfortable and reliable ride.

Wh Were Looking For:

Valid U.S. Commercial Drivers License (CDL) (Chauffeur license may be required depending on locion)
Previous professional driving experience
Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
Strong customer service and communicion skills
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
Must be least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United Stes
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months customer service experience is a bonus
