Must Haves for Success

Driver Coaching & Accountability: Reinforce expectations, coachperformance, and hold drivers accountable to safety, service, and companyexpectations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Proficiency in map reading and navigation is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Total cash compensation range of this position is $70,000 to $120,000+ whichincludes a base salary range that starts at $57,500 plus first-year trainingincentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience,education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doingsubstantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may beeligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending onindividual and/or company performance.Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with acomprehensive benefits package.
