The Heavy Haul Driver may need to assist with Fuel and Lube as support so they:
- Must possess a valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements
- Must pass a Federal DOT Drug Screen
- Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse Report
- Clean MVR (driving) Record
- Current Medical Card (Present a Short/Long Form)
- Must have experience in both tri- and quad-axle dump trucks, as well as dump trailers.
- Experience with Flatbed, Lowboy, Overweight, and Oversize loads preferred.
- Must have experience Chaining and Binding Equipment
- Must be able to drive offroad
- Must be able to back a trailer
- Must be able to operate around moving machines on active work sites.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Keep Fuel and Lube truck organized, clean, safe to operate.
- Prior experience performing routine services on CAT, JOHN DEERE, and other heavy equipment is required including maintenance of diesel and gas engines,
transmissions, and hydraulics.
- Follow all company safety policies.
- Track daily fuel and oil usage and maintain a comprehensive fuel & lube schedule.
- Maintain daily logs in a legitimate, timely and organized fashion.
- Work with on-site supervision to support all job/ project needs for fuel, oils, supplies, and minor maintenance of the equipment fleet as needed.
- Organize daily routine and maximize time and delivery methods.
- Assist mechanics on equipment maintenance, repair as needed.
- Perform quality inspections of all equipment with recommended repairs/corrections needed
