QXO expects to achieve its target of $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What you'll do:* Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.* Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load* Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site* Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading* Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products* Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE

What you'll bring:

* Must be 21 years of age or older

* Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing

* At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience

* Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck

* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
