Applicant must provide: Current -DMV H-6 Printout. Current - DMV 51A - Medical Examination Certificate, along with a copy of the completed medical examination. Current - DL 45 - California Special Driver Certificate, issued by the CHP. Current Class A or B California Drivers License with Passenger Endorsement. Also, must: Pass a criminal background check in accordance with the Charter Schools Act. Pass TB test. Pass pre-employment drug screening test.
