Eligible candidates must have a Class A CDL with nine (9) months of verifiable experience in the last three (3) years (Must be Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker experience) Regional Road Driver: $7,500 sign-on bonus Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks Must start by June 5th, 2026 Starting rate is $.65 cpm (loaded and empty) Additional $.03 cpm for 2,400+ miles per week Earn $1,430-$1,700 per week Yearly pay increases Average 2,200-2,500 miles per week Out 5 - 5.5 days, home for 34 - 48 hours weekly Detention/breakdown pay available Stop-off, Live load, NYC and Reset on the Road pay available Dedicated customers with consistent/familiar freight lanes Traveling lanes: MA, ME, Upstate NY, NH, RI, CT, VT, NJ, PA, MD (Occassional VA, OH) 70% drop and hook All Cowan Regional Road Drivers will enjoy: Full Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment 401k with company match & $20,000 life insurance New PTO incentive - increase your paid time off within your first year as a professional driver for Cowan Systems!
