Eligible candidates must have a Class A CDL with nine (9) months of verifiable experience in the last three (3) years (Must be Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker experience) Regional Road Driver: $7,500 sign-on bonus Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks Must start by June 5th, 2026 Starting rate is $.65 cpm (loaded and empty) Additional $.03 cpm for 2,400+ miles per week Earn $1,430 - $1,760 per week Yearly pay increases Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week Out 5 - 5.5 days, home for 34 - 48 hours weekly Detention, breakdown, stop off, live load and NYC pay Dedicated customers with consistent/familiar freight lanes Can park at home if not near Cowan terminal location Day or night driving - you decide!
