Competitive pay (based on experience). $250.00 - $350.00 per day Salary with mileage bonus, Sunday and Holiday bonus pay along with bonuses like tarp, chain and oversize load.

Seeking a dedicated and reliable Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver with us, you will be primarily hauling regional flatbed loads. Our goal is to have you home every weekend

Per Diem or Hotel Stays for overnight trips.

Routes: Our main destinations include the Western 11 states. We strive to have you home every weekend. If more than one night is required, accommodations are provided or per diem pay.

Currently hiring for multiple positions for assignment to automatic transmission trucks. Rides Xpress operates both automatic as well as 13 speed manual transmission trucks.

Solo driver position. No teams

Trucking Route: Regional Western 11.

Flatbed experience required.

Clean driving record.

• Proper and proficient use of ELD
• Timecard updated on all Mondays

2 years CDL experience required by our insurance commpany. This a non-negotiable requirment.

Payment structure

• Sign on bonus for full time employment is $2000. Payable in increments of $500 with the last paycheck of the month. There will be 4 payments made to the employee. The first payment will come at the end of the second month.
• Drivers are paid a daily wage. Daily wage is acquired when professional standards and job responsibilities are met.
• Personal Cell phone stipend is $50 per month to be paid with the last paycheck of the month
• Holiday Pay is base wage. All full time employees will be paid a base daily wage for the 6 major holidays. If driver works on a holiday, driver will make daily wage plus holiday pay (double time). Major holidays are New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• Mileage bonus is $0.55/ mile.Mileage bonus is acquired when more than 500 miles are driven in a legal days work. Mileage bonus will begin accruing at 500 miles.
• Oversize load bonus is $100 per legal day.
• 6th day bonus is daily wage multiplied by 1.5 (6th day of work is paid at time and a half.)
• Sunday bonus $100. Acquired when the driver works on Sunday.
• Drivers are paid weekly on Fridays. Rides Xpress does not employ private contractors.
