Th's why our drivers build long-lasting careers with us. Our delivery drivers average 48 hours a week, work 4-day schedules, make $38 to $49 per hour.

Wh you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicing condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destinion, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulions and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulions, documenting delivery receipt, product temperures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualificions you'll bring as a CDL-A Teamme:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk ring qualificions
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English a level sufficient to perform job-reled tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communicions essential to the role. The requirement is directly reled to the nure of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operional standards.
