In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transport of our client's belongings while providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities: Punctuality: Always show up on time, ready to work, and represent our company professionally. Handling Belongings: Carefully wrap and secure furniture and belongings to prevent damage during transport. Driving: Safely operate a box truck (CDL not required) to transport items to their destination. Unload: Assist in unloading furniture and belongings with precision and care. Documentation: Complete paperwork accurately, including collecting payments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communication: Interact with clients and team members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should: Be physically fit and able to lift more than 50 lbs. Demonstrate the ability to follow established processes and procedures. Be willing to work long hours and weekends. Have prior experience in labour, customer service, heavy lifting. Possess a valid driver's license.
