GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years or 2 years OTR in the last 3 years
• **OTR defined as 3 states or throughout TX or CA
• Exceptional safety record
• 21 years old
• Current and valid CDL Class A
• Ability to travel throughout the United States without restriction
• Must have a stable job history
• Must be able to pass all DOT related tests

RUNNING AREA & EQUIPMENT

• Primary running area is I-35 east, but there could be times where you may run west of I-35 depending on customer and freight requirements. 2500+ MPW
• Newer automatic trucks- average age of our equipment is less than 2 years old. 1250 watt inverters

• In 6 months as they become more available to us, drivers will be put into t op of the line 2020-2021 Freightliner trucks equipped w/APU, 1500-watt inverter, refrigerator, TV mount and digital dash w/Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
PAY, ORIENTATION & HOMETIME Earn a safe driving bonus of .05 CPM with 12 months of safe driving • $1100 - $1300 avg. weekly pay .4 5 CPM for 12 months experience & .52 CPM for 2 years experience• Retention Pay $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour • Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay $50 per day EXCLUDING Sundays
• You can become a trainer and earn up $110,000 annually Full benefits package at 30 days 3 day orientation in TX
