Job Overview We are seeking someone that Possesses a CDL to be able to operate a Manual Transmission Quad Axle Dump Truck year round. Work will vary but remain consistent, weekly and seasonal bonuses are also included in this job position. Duties Operate a dump truck Hauling Asphalt, working with paving crews and able to maneuver vehicles in and out of tight positions. Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, and construction debris to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the dump truck to ensure it is in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of materials transported and work completed on-site. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery on construction sites. Assist with basic mechanical maintenance of the dump truck as needed. Requirements Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required. Experience Operating snow plowing equipment Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy loads when necessary.
