Truck/Shag Driver

Job Title: Shag Driver Location: Worthington, MN Pay: $21/hr+ DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am–5pm

About the Role: Join a well-established salvage yard as a Class A CDL Truck Driver! In this hands-on role, you’ll operate company trucks, move trailers, haul scrap metals, and assist with unloading. This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused drivers who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a company truck to pick up and deliver scrap metals

• Move trailers in and out of drop areas safely

• Assist with unloading and securing loads

• Inspect loads, tarp trucks, and perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement

• Good driving record

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift heavy items frequently and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Comfortable climbing, bending, and working around trucks and trailers
