Our Tank Wagon Drivers are more than delivery professionals, they are trusted faces in the community who help build lasting customer relationships through dependable service, professionalism, and attention to detail. About the Role As a Tank Wagon Driver, you'll safely deliver fuel oil and kerosene to residential and commercial customers while helping ensure every customer interaction is positive, timely, and professional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in precise work, values safety, and understands the importance of dependable customer service. From planning efficient delivery routes to maintaining accurate delivery information and communicating with customers, your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and trust. One of the biggest advantages of this position is the work-life balance. Deliveries are local in nature, generally within a 100-mile radius, allowing you to stay closer to home and avoid long-haul travel. That means more consistent schedules and sleeping in your own bed each night. Drivers remain subject to DOT hours-of-service regulations. In This Role, You Will: Safely deliver fuel oil and kerosene to residential and commercial customers Build strong customer relationships through friendly, dependable service Plan routes efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery records and follow up promptly when needed Prioritize safety and compliance with DOT regulations and company standards Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept vehicle Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Focus on details to ensure safe and accurate deliveries every time What We're Looking For Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Air Brake, Tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements preferred Assistance programs are available to help obtain endorsements if needed Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Dependable and customer-focused mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional communication and problem-solving skills Benefits We believe in taking care of the people who help keep our business moving.
