About the Delivery Driver Position This job contributes to Trophy Cupcakes success by ensuring our products arrive safely, on time, and ready to delight our customers. As one of the most visible representatives of our company, you play an important role in delivering not only cupcakes and desserts, but also the exceptional customer experience that Trophy is known for. Our Delivery Drivers are reliable, organized, and customer-focused professionals who enjoy working independently while staying connected to a larger team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being on the road, and understands that every delivery helps create moments of celebration for our customers. You will be responsible for transporting products from our Woodinville bakery to our retail locations, wholesale partners, and customers throughout the greater Seattle area while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service. Responsibilities Reporting to the Logistics Manager, Delivery Drivers will have the following responsibilities: Consistently deliver the Trophy Experience by providing friendly, professional customer service at every stop Verify orders and complete delivery inventory checks prior to leaving the bakery Strategically load and organize delivery vehicles to ensure safe transport of products Deliver products to Trophy retail locations, wholesale partners, and customers in a timely manner Communicate inventory shortages, delivery issues, or customer concerns to the appropriate team members Maintain delivery schedules while adapting to changing priorities and traffic conditions Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and prepared for daily use Follow all food safety, health, and transportation guidelines Support the bakery and operations team with additional tasks as needed Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment that upholds the mission and values of Trophy Cupcakes Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Minimum of 5 years driving experience preferred Washington State Food Handler Permit, or ability to obtain upon hire Previous delivery, customer service, or logistics experience preferred We d Love To Hear From People With A belief in Trophy Cupcakes mission, values, and commitment to inspiring celebration Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail The ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed The ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure Reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic Flexible availability for scheduling A growth mindset and desire to contribute to a team-oriented culture Compensation & Benefits The total pay package for this position aligns with our commitment to champion financial wellness, security, and professional development for all of our employees.
