(mileage, activity pay, trans. bonus, profit sharing) First-year flatbed cdl drivers earn $1,775 - $2,065 per week $5,000 Transition Bonus $1,500 after 1 week, $1,500 after 3 mos, $2,000 after 6 mos) $1,700 Weekly Guarantee Increase your earning potential with Driver Scorecard and Certified RED programs! Door to door practical miles-empty & loaded Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/day Activity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run: $30 for pickups and deliveries $30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery) $70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping $20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr) Breakdown & layover pay Oversize Pay is $3,600/year!
