Compensation CPM Pay: Depending on experience - $0.52-$0.55 Average weekly pay: $1,196 - $1,540 (depending on experience)
Average miles per week2,300 to 2,800 miles. Load and unload time hourly pay $20 per hour for every hour spent at the shipper and receiver, as long as you are on time. Your time starts at your appointment times. If you don't have an appointment time, coordinate with ops. If detained beyond 10 hours, the pay for that day will end.
Paid Detention Time spent at the shipper and receiver is $20 per hour if the appointment is on time.
Additional pay: Waiting time, 34-hr restart, Breakdown pay
Bonuses: Annual Discretionary Bonus: Based on time of service and annual wages. This bonus can run from $25.00 for three months to $5,000.00 during your 5th year. Discretionary bonuses are paid the week before Thanksgiving.
Recruiting Bonus: 1 cent per mile recruit runs for up to 6 months, with no limit on the number of recruits.

Qualifications Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement 1 to 2 years Regional /OTR Experience Good MVR and safe driving record, including no BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or licensing suspensions for moving violations in the past 3 years No Speeding Tickets over 75 mph or higher than 15 mph over the legal speed limit Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and pass all CFI certification class testing and requirements Have legal right to work and live in the United States
Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, and complete reports, per 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2)
