Schedule:
Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
oOvertime may be required based on production needs.
oThe team may decide to Start one hour earlier or work additional hours on Fridays as needed. This is the exception.

Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Overtime may apply

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and wood shop facility.
Move, organize, stage, load, and unload materials and supplies.
Support production and warehouse teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Assist with inventory movement and material tracking.
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months forklift experience required.
Previous warehouse, supply company, or material handling experience preferred.
Must demonstrate good common sense and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed.
Must be able to work overtime when required.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to accurately measure materials
Ability to lift, move, and organize materials safely
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Personal hands-on woodworking or shop experience accepted and valued
Reliable transportation and attendance

Safety & Attire Requirements:
Steel-toe boots are always required.
Warehouse attire is required.
Employees must follow all warehouse and safety guidelines while on-site.

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to work in warehouse and wood shop environments.
