Catering Delivery Driver

We are looking for part-time caterers to deliver and set up food orders for our quickly growing business. We operate our catering business out of our two Pecado Bueno restaurant locations in Fremont and Eastlake. This position is for gig work, not weekly scheduled shifts, so work is available on an as-needed basis. Weekday lunch (10am-1pm) availability is required, with evening and weekend gigs available on occasion. Orders range from simple box meal drop-offs to disposable corporate buffet setups to non-disposable staffed private parties. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Pay is hourly with additional mileage compensation and gratuity, all-in compensation is roughly $30-$40/hr (plus a free meal), and gigs are typically 1-3 hours each depending on distance and order size. Great job for individuals looking to pick up a few hours and make some extra money on the side, but could be 20 to 30 hours a week for the right candidate willing to work all types of events at all hours. Requirements:Must be willing to use your own vehicle to make deliveries with company vehicles available for use on larger events.Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and food handlers card. (MAST permit is a plus but not required)Work is independent, so reliability and flexibility are required!
