Pay: 30% per trip + 100% tips

Vehicles: 20252026 Black Luxury SUVs

ALD Limo is hiring high-level professional chauffeurs ONLY to service
Southwest Florida International Airport and private clientele.

We are not looking for average drivers.
This position is for individuals who understand luxury service, discipline, and consistency.

Do NOT Apply If:

* You have no black car / chauffeur experience
* You are late, unreliable, or inconsistent
* You are looking for casual or part-time driving
* You do not own a proper suit
* You are not comfortable with high-end clients

Requirements:

* Chauffeur / limo / Uber Black experience REQUIRED
* Clean driving record
* Professional appearance (black suit, white shirt, black tie)
* Live within 2025 minutes of RSW
* Strong communication & customer service skills

Expectations:

* Arrive early to every trip (no exceptions)
* Maintain showroom-level vehicle cleanliness DAILY
* Perform meet & greet airport service
* Follow dispatch instructions precisely
* Deliver high-end, consistent customer experience

Compensation Details:

* Drivers who perform earn $1,000$1,200/week
* Drivers who do not meet standards are removed immediately
