Paveco is Hiring CDL Drivers, Equipment Operators & Laborers

Paveco is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our paving crew. We are currently looking for General Laborers, Equipment Operators, and CDL Drivers to assist with asphalt paving projects in residential and commercial settings.

Job Duties

Laborers
-Assist paving crew with asphalt paving and site preparation
-Shovel, rake, and clean job sites
-Safely operate hand tools and small equipment
-Help maintain equipment and keep trucks/tools clean and organized
-Follow directions from foreman
-Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions
-Asphalt paving or construction experience preferred

Equipment Operators
-Operate skid steers, rollers, pavers, loaders, and other heavy equipment
-Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
-Assist with grading, site prep, and asphalt placement
-Work closely with foreman and crew to maintain efficiency and quality
-Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
-Asphalt paving experience preferred

CDL Drivers
-Safely operate dump trucks and other company vehicles
-Haul asphalt, gravel, aggregates, and equipment to and from job sites
-Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
-Assist crews on the ground as needed
-Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned trucks/equipment
-Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
-Asphalt paving or construction experience preferred
-CDL required

Qualifications
-Valid drivers license preferred
-Paving or construction experience preferred
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work long hours outdoors
-Reliable transportation
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-CDL is a plus, but not required for all positions
