Responsibilities:

• Operate a Volvo semi-truck with a 53-foot dry van trailer.
• Pick up and drop off freight to designated locations.
• Fulfill customer delivery requirements and specifications.
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Compliance with Hours-of-Service regulations using Motive tracking software.
• Physically perform the duties of the driver position, such as getting in and out of the vehicle, completing pre-trip inspections and keeping the truck clean.

What Youll Do:

• Safely operate a Volvo tractor with a 53-foot dry van trailer
• Run OTR lanes with live loads and drop-and-hook freight
• Pick up and deliver freight according to customer requirements
• Operate in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Log hours using Motive ELD
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness

What Were Looking For:

• CDL-A holder, age 21+
• Current DOT medical card
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years
• No serious offenses in the past 5 years and no pattern of unsafe practices
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests in the past 5 years
• Stable work history (no more than 6 carrier changes in the past 3 years)
• Familiar with electronic devices and ELD systems
• Professional attitude with customers and dispatch
• SAP drivers not accepted
