New Location - Fedex Delivery Driver

We are a FedEx Ground contractor with over 15 years of experience, operating over 100 routes across Connecticut and New York. As a fast-growing logistics company, we are committed to delivering excellence, efficiency, and reliability. Our team is built on strong leadership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.

In addition to hiring reliable, safety-focused drivers who are ready for a physically demanding, full-day route position. We are looking for up to 5 Lead Drivers and 75 Delivery Drivers. Our fleet consists primarily of 1820 ft step vans, along with smaller transit vans. This is not an easy jobit requires consistency, effort, and a strong work ethicbut it offers steady, dependable work for individuals who show up, stay safe, and want reliable income.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes
Deliver packages accurately and on time
Handle physical demands including lifting, walking, and frequent vehicle entry/exit
Step in to cover routes or assist team members as needed

Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Proven delivery driving experience required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in package delivery or logistics
Experience training or mentoring drivers
Strong problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a hands-on leadership style
