CDL-A Lease/Purchase Driver ($2,500 sign on)

Take home 74% of the line-haul plus 100% of the FSC on customer freight
80% on brokered freight
Bi-Annual safety bonuses and quarterly retention programs
Bonuses for each clean DOT roadside inspection
Mostly regional loads, home time as you select, no force dispatch
Loads from Indianapolis to MD, NJ, MA, NC, PA (drop & hook)
Loads from PA to FL
Our goal is to get you out and back home with limited delays and constant communication
Sign-on bonus of $2500 for new driver (paid quarterly)
Truck owners sign-on bonus of $5,000 (paid quarterly)
Comdata card provided with discounts at all TAs, Petros and Speedways
Direct deposit; Bi-weekly settlements

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with appropriate endorsements
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents and clean background
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with truck driving
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
