• Linehaul driver pay: $.80 per mile

• P&D City Drivers: $33.80$36.96/hr

• Structured pay increases at 60, 180, 280, and 360 days

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations (Class A) on local, daytime P&D and meet-and-turn routes out of the Minneapolis service center

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations (Class A) on local, nighttime Linehaul routes out of the Minneapolis service center

• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report any defects

• Load, unload, and secure freight to DOT and company standards

• Use ELD and dispatch systems accurately throughout your shift

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and meet all scheduling requirements

• Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates on every run

• Schedules span MondaySunday with AM and PM shifts available , assigned based on operational needs

• Class A drivers: Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements

• Valid DOT physical and Medical Examiner's Certificate

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer Class A driving experience

• No more than two moving violations in the past three years

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must pass drug screening, background check, MVR, and PSP review

• Must complete new-hire training: assessments, driving test, trailer combination test, and forklift certification
