POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bulk Truck Driver will play a critical role in supporting the well plugging and abandonment team by safely transporting bulk cement, materials, and equipment to and from well sites. This position requires a Class B CDL and supports operations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Special focus will be placed on:
- Safely operate and maintain bulk cement trucks to deliver cement and other materials to well plugging sites.
- Ensure correct loading, transport, offloading, and transfer of cement to field equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cement volumes and deliveries.
- Assist the cementing crew with the staging of materials and preparation of cementing equipment.
- Assist with rig-up/rig-down activities related to plugging and cementing operations.
- Operate additional support trucks (water truck, flatbed, winch truck, rigs, etc.) as Transport and deliver water to well sites and maintain accurate records of water deliveries and usage.
- Collaborate with cementers, rig employees and other personnel to ensure efficient and smooth plugging operations. Maintain open communication to coordinate transportation needs and schedules.
- Perform general maintenance on trucks and equipment, including inspecting, cleaning, fueling, and minor repairs. Report maintenance needs promptly.
- Complete necessary paperwork such as trip logs, inspections reports, and delivery receipts accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials and equipment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly.
- Attend and participate in all safety meetings and trainings.
- Complete required work plans and job safety analysis.
- Follow environmental guidelines and best practices to minimize the impact of operations on the environment.
- Check emails daily and comply with email requests as they are assigned.
- Other equipment operations support per management discretion.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record.
- Hazmat preferred.
- Will consider recent CDL graduates, but proven experience as a truck driver with heavy hauling operations in the oil and gas industry preferred.
- Experience with winch trucks preferred.
- Knowledge of local and state commercial guidelines.
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in various weather and well site conditions.
- Willingness to travel to remote well sites.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another. This includes the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, frequently positioning oneself (e.g., to stoop, kneel, or squat) to perform tasks, and occasionally ascend/descend (e.g., ladders or uneven terrain)
- Ability to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess driving operations effectively (either naturally or with corrective lenses).
- Ability to operate a 4X4 vehicle.
- Must be able to repetitively move or position feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, and back. Constantly operates, uses, and positions hands and fingers in performance of work
- Must be able to work atop elevated surfaces and traverse various heights
- Lifts or carries 50 lbs. or more.
- Frequently pushes and pulls with a maximum force of 150 ft./lbs.
- Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions and is exposed to varying environmental conditions, including well site conditions. The position requires the ability to perform tasks in physically demanding environments, encompassing the essential physical requirements and efforts outline
- Ability to walk long distances in wooded terrain

Driver Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- This position involves operating a company vehicle for work-related travel or receiving a stipend for operating a personal vehicle for company use; adherence to all traffic laws and company vehicle policies is required.
- Candidates must be eligible to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy.
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident.
