Key Responsibilities - Hospitality & Front of House

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences
• Take and serve orders accurately, maintaining speed and quality
• Keep all front-of-house areas clean and organized

Delivery Duties

• Safely and efficiently deliver orders with a sense of urgency and care
• Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and proper handling during delivery
• Communicate clearly with guests and professionally resolve any concerns
• Keep 100% of your tips and receive $2 per trip if using your personal vehicle

Operations & Teamwork

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
• Own a reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
• Available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends
• Strong communication skills and a positive, motivated attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 5-50 lbs
