This role requires experience driving larger box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles, ideally in the 15,000-24,000 lb GVWR range. You will be responsible for safely driving, loading, unloading, and delivering products to stores and customer locations. Pay and Schedule $23-24 per hour 40 hours per week Up to $500 monthly performance bonus Early morning shifts starting around 3:00 AM If you finish your route early and complete the job properly, you still get paid for the full 8-hour shift Responsibilities Safely operate a 15,000-24,000 lb GVWR box truck or commercial delivery vehicle Complete assigned delivery routes safely and on time Load and unload products carefully Use a dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, or carts when needed Deliver products to stores or customer locations in good condition Follow delivery instructions, store receiving procedures, and route requirements Keep products clean, organized, and protected from weather or damage Complete basic paperwork, delivery confirmations, photos, or route updates if required Perform basic vehicle checks before and after the route Report vehicle issues, delays, accidents, damage, tickets, or injuries immediately Follow all traffic laws, company safety rules, and vehicle-use policies Driver Requirements Valid MA or neighboring state driver's license Experience driving box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles required Experience with 15,000-24,000 lb GVWR vehicles strongly preferred Current DOT medical card required, or must be able to obtain one before starting Must be approved by company's commercial auto insurance Clean MVR required before hire Minimum 3 years licensed driving experience preferred No CDL required, as long as the vehicle/route does not legally require one No DUI/OUI, reckless driving, hit-and-run, license suspension, or major preventable accident No more than 3 moving violations in the last 10 years Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs Must be able to push/pull loaded carts and use a dolly or hand truck safely Must have reliable transportation to the early morning start location Must be dependable and able to start work around 3:00 AM Must be able to use GPS/route apps and communicate by phone/text during the route Must complete route safety and product handling training Preferred Experience Bread, bakery, grocery, food delivery, warehouse, or route delivery experience Experience delivering to grocery stores, retail stores, or receiving docks Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, or liftgates Experience driving Isuzu NPR, Hino, Freightliner, Ford F-650, International, or similar box trucks Important Rules No unauthorized passengers No smoking or vaping in the vehicle No personal use of company vehicle No phone use while driving Must report all accidents, tickets, damage, injuries, or delays immediately Must keep the truck clean and treat company equipment responsibly Good Fit For Someone Who Is Reliable and on time Comfortable starting early Experienced with larger delivery vehicles Safe, calm, and careful on the road Physically able to load and unload products Responsible with company vehicles and customer relationships Comfortable working independently and finishing routes on time To Apply Please send: Name Phone number City/town you live in Years of driving experience Type of trucks/vehicles you have driven Whether you have a current DOT medical card Any delivery or route driving experience Confirmation that you have a valid driver's license Best time for a quick phone call Principals only.
