Schifsky Companies is a growing landscape construction company serving the Twin Cities metro. We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Truck Driver to join our team and help keep projects moving by safely delivering materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating trucks and equipment, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and personal growth.

Responsibilities
Deliver landscape materials to residential and commercial job sites
Operate dump trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
Load and secure materials for transport
Coordinate deliveries with project managers and logistics coordinator
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
Assist with unloading materials at job sites
Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment
Support shop and yard operations during slower periods
Represent Schifsky Companies professionally

Qualifications
Valid CDL driver's license
Clean driving record
Experience operating dump trucks, trailers, skid steers, loaders, or similar equipment is preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team
