FedEx Ground Delivery Driver $200+/Day Weekly Pay Redmond WA

Several immediate openings available. We are actively hiring and can move quickly for qualified candidates.

This is a physical, fast-paced driving job where you will deliver and pick up packages using a FedEx-branded delivery vehicle. Routes are mostly residential with some mixed business deliveries.

We are looking for dependable people who can work safely, show up consistently, and provide good customer service.

No CDL is required. Paid training is provided. Company uniforms are provided.

Pay and Schedule

Regular driver pay after training starts at $200/day, equivalent to approximately $25/hour based on an 8-hour day.

Higher pay may be available depending on experience, performance, and route readiness.

Fully trained drivers are also eligible for performance bonuses.

Drivers should plan for an approximately 8-hour workday, with a typical start time of 8:30 AM.

Overtime may be available and is paid according to applicable law.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to this location before starting work.

Prior delivery driving experience is a plus, especially with:

FedEx Ground
FedEx Express
Amazon DSP
UPS
DHL
Walmart delivery
Local courier routes
Box truck driving
Route delivery
Furniture, appliance, moving, or other physical delivery work

Job Duties

As a FedEx delivery driver, you will:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle on a daily route
Load, organize, and deliver packages efficiently
Use a scanner to track deliveries and pickups
Deliver packages to homes and businesses
Follow delivery instructions and provide professional customer service
Complete assigned route work accurately and on time
Perform daily vehicle safety checks
Lift, carry, and maneuver packages throughout the day
Follow all company, DOT, and FedEx safety requirements

Requirements

Applicants must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Have a valid Washington State drivers license
Have a good driving record
Be able to pass a background check
Be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical to obtain a DOT medical card
Be able to lift and move packages up to 150 lbs with assistance or equipment when required
Be comfortable getting in and out of a truck many times per day
Be able to work in all weather conditions
Have reliable transportation to the Redmond FedEx terminal
Be dependable and able to consistently show up on time
