currently seeking a heavy equipment operator for their trackman team.

Full time, permanent opportunity! The ideal candidate will have

experience operating various types of train and heavy equipment and will

be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of

equipment on job sites. Duties include: Inspect, maintain, and repair

railroad tracks, including rails, ties, switches, and other track

components. Ensure proper track alignment, ballast distribution, and

track surface condition. Operate equipment such as track tools, rail

saws, and hydraulic jacks for repairs and maintenance. Conduct track

inspections to identify defects, wear, and damage to ensure safety

compliance. Assist in the installation and replacement of rails, spikes,

and other track materials. Clear debris and maintain a clean work

environment around the tracks. Respond to emergency track repairs as

needed to minimize service disruptions. Work in all weather conditions

and physically demanding environments. Adhere to all safety regulations,

guidelines, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of

inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Qualifications: High

school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid drivers license Ability

to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions

carefully. Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights,

weekends, and holidays. Ability to operate track maintenance equipment

safely and efficiently. Valid driver\'s license and reliable

transportation. Work outside in environmental conditions which at times

include extreme heat and extreme cold Be able to lift and carry 100

pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong physical stamina

and the ability to perform manual labor. Background check and drug test

required Schedule: 6am-2pm with OT as needed Pay: \$18-23/hr depending
