CDL Driver/Drill Operator/Locator

Summary of Position

BMEI is looking to add a CDL Driver with Drill Operator/Locator experience to our fantastic team. We are looking for candidates who are career-minded and understand the importance of being a team player.

You will be working with a crew of 2-5 teammates operating a bore rig and/or locating as well as transporting equipment and materials to different job sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enforce all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Work with a small crew of employees (2-5) and prioritize work accordingly
• Fulfill all assigned construction job duties, including project layout, timelines, and completes necessary paperwork
• Interpret and follows plans, material lists and guidelines

Education & Skill Requirements

• 1-4 years Directional Drilling with Ditch Witch and Vermeer Equipment experience
• Must have knowledge and experience in excavation and industrial construction
• Has an exceptional ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Must be able to independently follow and give instructions
• Must be dependable and have excellent planning and scheduling skills
• Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean record
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire and random drug screenings
• Must be able to physically perform the essential job functions; this includes lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.

Hours and Benefits

• Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM M-F with potential overtime
