Unassigned/Open Board Team Drivers Needed - $2000 per week per driver

We need one great team at the Ocala, FL location. This is an Unassigned open board spot. You will run every week.

We do not have any dedicated lanes open at this time

This is a TEAM OTR run. You will be out 5-6 days per week. You will always reset at home! This is a lane for a team that wants to run hard and make good money. Home time is not the same each week. This is an open board spot.

All newer equipment. 2025 or 2026 Sleeper Trucks.

We pay .81 cents per mile split for unassigned teams. We guarantee a minimum of $2000 per week per driver as long as you do not turn down any runs. We are pushing hard to get this lane on a dedicated run and when that happens the pay will be based on the dedicated mileage.

We offer a $750 sign on bonus to all currently FedEx qualified team drivers that is paid after the first week.

Average between 4500 and 6000 miles per week.

We are a W-2 company, we cannot pay 1099.

These are OTR runs, no local or solo runs available at this time. We can match you with a co-driver if you are a solo looking to run team. We have been with FedEx for over 20 years, with teams at several FedEx Ground locations nationwide.

You must have at least 1 verifiable year of CDL-A driving experience in the last 3 years. You must also have a Doubles Endorsement by time of hire.

You must have a good driving record and be able to pass all DOT required job requirements, including a DOT drug screening.
