Local Delivery Driver & Yard Specialist (Non-CDL) Home by 3:30 PM!

Come join an independent, community-focused bulk landscape materials and recycling yard! We are a small, eco-friendly team looking for a reliable Hybrid Driver & Yard Specialist to help us run our gravel and garden supply yard.
We don't want someone who just wants to sit in a truck cab all day. We need a dynamic teammate who loves variety and enjoys interacting with local landscapers and homeowners.

Hyper-Local Driving: We maintain a strict local delivery radius. You will stay right in South Seattleno long hauls or massive highway commutes.
Great Hours: Solid daytime shift. Go home when the sun is still up. No nights, no Sundays.

What Youll Be Doing Every Day:
Driving: Making quick, local deliveries of rock, gravel, and soil to job sites within our 10-mile bubble.
Operating: Using our front-end loaders to safely scoop and load materials into customer trucks and trailers. (We will train the right person!)
Customer Service: Welcoming local landscaping contractors and homeowners with a helpful, friendly attitude.
Yard Upkeep: Helping keep the yard looking clean, organized, and sharp.
What Were Looking For:
The Attitude: You are naturally friendly, approachable, and enjoy talking to people. Customer service is a huge part of this job! Bi-lingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) a huge bonus.
The Record: Valid standard WA Drivers License with a clean, safe driving record (No CDL required).
The Grit: Ability to handle outdoor weather and physical yard work when needed.
Experience: Experience operating forklifts, loaders, or tractors is a major plus, but we are 100% willing to train the right person if you have a killer work ethic and a great attitude.
